Discussion:
The iststream(char*, streamsize) ctor is in the class
synopsis in D.7.2 but its signature is missing in the description
below (in D.7.2.1).
Proposed resolution:
This seems like a simple editorial issue and the missing signature can
be added to the one for const char* in paragraph 2.
