array<>::data() is present in the class synopsis, but not documented.
Proposed resolution:
Add a new section, after 6.2.2.3:
T* data() const T* data() const;
Returns: elems.
Change 6.2.2.4/2 to:
In the case where
N == 0,begin() == end(). The return value ofdata()is unspecified.
