The postconditions for the copy/move constructor for path are shown as "empty()". This appears to have been incorrectly copied from the default ctor.
Remove the 'postconditions' clause from the copy/move ctor.

Change 8.4.1 [path.construct]:
path(const path& p); path(path&& p) noexcept;
Effects: Constructs an object of class
pathnamehaving the original value of
p.pathname. In the second form,
pis left in a valid but unspecified state.
