In 99 [futures.atomic_future] this constructor:

is declared in the synopsis, but not defined. Instead n2997 defines:

atomic_future(const future<R>&& rhs);

and n3000 defines

atomic_future(atomic_future<R>&& rhs);

both of which are wrong. The constructor definition should be changed to match the synopsis.
