2269. Additional recursive references in aggregate DMIs

Issue 1696 did not fully address recursive references in default member initializers for aggregates, for example:

  struct S {
    int i = (S{}, 0);
  }; 

or

  struct S {
    int i = noexcept(S{});
  };
